A: You can cancel your service by visiting our Client Area, navigating to services and selecting Terminate.
Q: Can I upgrade my existing server to allow more players or higher resources?
A: Sure, upgrades can be purchased in the Client Area.
Q: Do you price-match?
A: We are happy to price match any competitor’s pricing provided it is of similar grade (Brisbane Hosted, Same software and includes a Control Panel)
Q: Why are your prices more expensive then… (Foreign Competitor)?
A: All of our current service offerings are located in Brisbane, Australia. Unfortunately the price of hosting content here is dramatically more expensive then other parts of the world (USA, Asia, Europe, etc) thus our operating costs are significantly higher.
